"Quick delivery and everything was fine"
My order showed up in just two days, which was a nice surprise. Everything arrived without any problems, so overall it was a smooth experience. Nothing overly fancy, but the fast shipping definitely stood out.

"Nice shampoo, just a little expensive"
I’ve been liking this shampoo so far. It feels really clean without being harsh on my hair, or actually, I should say it doesn’t leave my hair feeling stripped like some others do. The ingredients seem better than a lot of the stuff I’ve tried. I just took off one star because it’s a bit pricey.

"I had to reach out to customer service..."
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, they were nice and helpful once they got back to me. The reply took a bit longer than I was hoping, but they fixed the problem and kept things friendly. Overall, it was a good experience

"Pretty good, though the box showed up dented"
My order got here faster than I expected, and as far as I can tell everything inside was totally fine. The box had a dent on one corner, which made me a little nervous when I first saw it. I don’t know if that happened during shipping or before, so I can’t really say for sure. Luckily the bottle wasn’t leaking and the cap was on tight. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the packaging had looked better, but overall it wasn’t a big problem...

"I do like this shampoo a lot..."
I do like this shampoo a lot. It feels good, seems good quality, and it lasts longer than the cheaper ones I’ve used, so the value is kind of there. Still, for the size, it feels a little pricey... I’d probably grab it again if it was on sale.

"my hair did feel soft..."
my hair did feel soft after using it, so i liked that part. i just didn’t notice a ton of extra shine like i was hoping for. it’s not bad, just more of an okay result for me.

"Nice scent, just a little strong"
I like the smell overall, it’s nice. It was just a bit stronger than I expected for me, especially at first. Still good, just not sure I’d use too much of it.

"So far, my scalp is actually fine"
I’m always a little hesitant to get excited about a new shampoo because my scalp is super sensitive and usually starts itching by the next day. But with this Pureology one, I haven’t had any burning or flakes so far. My hair feels clean too, which is a nice bonus. I guess it could still change, but for now I’m really happy with it. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"My color finally stays vibrant"
I’ve been using Pureology on my dyed hair i’m really happy with it. My color actually lasts longer now, especially the red tones that usually fade so fast and make me sad. My hair feels soft and healthy after washing too, not dry or stripped. It is a bit expensive, but it lasts me a while, so I feel like it’s worth it.

"Finally, something that didn’t wreck my hair"
I’m annoyed that I wasted money on so many other products before this one. After just two washes, my dry hair actually feels softer, and thankfully my color didn’t fade much either. Why couldn’t the other stuff do this?
